Ondas was born from a personal search and a gap he could not ignore. Lee-Anne brings a rare convergence of design sensibility and commercial precision to every Ondas project. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, capital allocation and design-led development, she oversees the portfolio from inception to delivery, evaluating opportunities, shaping project briefs and ensuring each development is both commercially sound and operationally deliverable.
Her expertise lies in the early decisions that define a project’s DNA: site strategy, massing, orientation and materiality. For Lee-Anne, quality is not about excess. It is about proportion, calm and the kind of disciplined design that stands apart for generations.

Charlotte Roland
Operations Manager
Charlotte is the operational force behind the seamless delivery of the Ondas experience. As one of the company’s first employees, she has played an integral role in shaping Ondas from its earliest foundations into the forward-thinking organisation it is today, witnessing its expansion across markets while remaining anchored to its core ethos of design excellence and multi-generational custodianship.
Charlotte oversees the processes that drive efficiency, elevate performance and maximise asset returns. For her, getting it right comes down to two principles: exceptional attention to detail and an unrelenting focus on results.
She believes a truly exceptional client experience is what fosters lasting relationships and genuine advocacy. Central to her pride in Ondas is the culture that has been built around it: a high-calibre team united by collaboration, expertise and shared ambition.
Michael Peake
Finance Manager
Michael brings financial discipline and strategic foresight to the heart of the Ondas portfolio. Specialising in forecasting, performance analysis and reporting, he has built the robust frameworks that provide clarity around performance, risk and future trajectory across the group.
Working at both project and portfolio level, Michael translates complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, ensuring every capital allocation decision is grounded in accuracy, transparency and long-term thinking.
His ability to identify emerging risks early and implement reporting that empowers confident decision-making has meaningfully shaped project outcomes, contributing to a standard of financial rigour that is every bit as considered as the residences themselves.
